Summary: As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world-class systems running. You can accurately define a client issue and interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Provide timely and effective technical support to clients. - Troubleshoot and resolve system or application issues. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance. - Document and maintain technical support processes. - Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in IBM WebSphere DataPower. - Strong understanding of system and application troubleshooting. - Experience in system monitoring and performance optimization. - Hands-on experience in scripting languages like Python or Shell. - Knowledge of network protocols and security measures. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in IBM WebSphere DataPower. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
