Identity Management Engineer
As a Systems Engineer – Identity Management, you will be responsible for the installation, configuration, development, and management of the Cayosoft Identity Management Solution across our enterprise environment. This includes migrating the current capabilities of Active Roles Server (ARS) by Quest to the new Cayosoft platform, ensuring seamless integration, migration, and continued support for the global stakeholders who rely on ARS.
You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition from ARS to Cayosoft, troubleshoot any issues that arise during migration, and continuously improve the identity management processes. This is a key position for our IT team, and the ideal candidate will be a self-starter, capable of working independently and with various teams to ensure the success of this strategic initiative.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
Bring your technology expertise and drive for innovation to GDIT. The Systems Engineer Senior must have:
● Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science
● Experience: 5+ years of related experience with a focus on identity management, system integrations, or enterprise systems.

● Exceptional attention to detail and ability to ensure a smooth migration from ARS to Cayosoft without interrupting business operations.
● Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and support diverse stakeholders across the organization.
● Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and find efficient solutions under pressure.
● Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
● Must be willing to support an on-call rotation
● Security clearance level: TS/SCI w/Poly
● US citizenship required
● Certification Required: 8570 compliant with a Security + certificate

The likely salary range for this position is $110,500 - $149,500. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.Scheduled Weekly Hours:
