Job Description
- Ensuring alignment with regard to all functional CRM support topics such as change management process, data loading and its release management
- Maintains customer database, cleans, updates constantly, reviews and approves/rejects sales team requests to add new customers
- Provides daily support to the users, by phone or email, or by partnering with the IS department or the software company to provide solutions to the users having issues
- Ensures the good performance of the CRM tool and data accuracy in due time
- Extracts data from CRM system (Salesforce - Veeva) to support marketing campaigns and effectively meet deadlines
- Collaborate with global team (IS, Global CRM team….) to drive best practices and process improvement
- Support the salesforce effectiveness (SFE) operations and process (territory alignment change, cycle plan implementation, customer segmentation implementation….)
- Support the SME lead on the different projects related to commercial excellence (Sales, Marketing, digital)
