Overview
The Japan Automotive (Autonomous Driving (AD) (DXC Robotic Drive)) leader is a key interface to our customers and prospects working in tandem with all other DXC departments, including, Sales, Account Management, Consulting and Support. In this senior role, you will leverage these relationships to support the overall sales efforts to help explain DXC POV and approach, which in turn helps grow our footprint in the Japan Automotive Industry. This role directly reports to the Managing Partner for JAI-MEA (Japan, India, ASEAN and MEA) and will work with the teams across these geographies to help DXC differentiate, grow our footprint and strengthen our brand in Automotive
How you will spend your time :
· Build, present DXC’s POV and IP to help differentiate and strengthen DXC position in the Automotive Industry
· Perform solution presentations/demonstrations, deliver workshops and develop PoCs (Proof of Concepts) within the prospect/customer environment
· Position DXC’s value proposition and architecture to both business and IT audiences at the CXO level
· Partner effectively with the account managers and sales to develop, and play an active industry lead role in the sales process for customer engagements
· Establish technical credibility and build relationships with key stakeholders in selected accounts
· Work with teams at existing and potential customers to deeply understand their business and technical needs.
· Partner with account teams, sales, analytics & consulting Service teams to accelerate customer adoption and revenue attainment.
· Be the voice of the customer to service engineering teams, providing improvement feedback to developers and accelerating the adoption of new features in customer deployments.
You will be successful if you have
· Strong Automotive background with a track record of solving complex problems in enterprise-scale organizations
· Strong track record of working across Japan Automotive markets
· Strong connections in the Automotive Industry, coming with a strong rolodex so you can hit the ground running
· 15 years of successful enterprise-level Automotive implementations and Presales experience in enterprise organizations preferred
· Deep understanding of core Automotive platforms and how the operated in the IT environment
· Understanding of the current Automotive landscape, challenges, opportunities and upcoming disruptors
· Experience in managing existing and prospective customers, onsite and remotely
· Hands-on experience with solution selling, consulting, relational databases, data modelling and human centric approach
· Operational Technology and Internet of Things (IoT) architectures experience in a Automotive context

· Expertise and experience dealing with large, enterprise accounts at senior business and IT levels
· Data Governance / data management / big data / security / software engineering / UI-IX/ analytics / AI - ML qualifications are advantageous
· Cloud Based Analytics platform experiences (Azure, AWS)
