RMIT Vietnam is seeking a contingent worker for the Officer, Course & Program Administration role. While the position is advertised by RMIT Vietnam, the successful candidate will be employed and managed by an external service provider, who will be responsible for the labour contract.

POSITION SUMMARY
The Officer, Course and Program Administration (CPA) supports the effective delivery of academic programs at RMIT Vietnam by maintaining accurate course data, assisting with scheduling, and coordinating approval processes.
Working closely with the Registrar’s Group, Academic Schools, and other stakeholders, the role ensures compliance with institutional policies while providing reliable administrative support.
