This is a senior role responsible for leading and managing the cyber portfolio and service delivery for Wealth and Legacy Franchise within the Business, Functions & Technology (BFT) Information Security Office (ISO). This role is charged to create, lead, and execute portfolio management and service delivery functions for Wealth and Legacy Franchise to its customers (internal and external), and to integrate and partner with other CISO service management functions. This role will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to influence and drive implementation of strategic change initiatives from the CISO and in support of the business and CIO organizations. Ultimately, this role will aim to provide a positive and proactive service to colleagues and partners, striving for high quality outcomes and to influence smarter ways of working.
Responsibilities:
- Supports alignment and standardization across BFT Cyber for Wealth and Legacy Franchise Leadership Teams.
- Establish and manage monthly BFT Cyber for Wealth and Legacy Franchise Cyber Portfolio Reviews.
- Coordinate and support development of performance goals, metrics, and reports (that will cascade throughout the leadership team).
- Supports and participates in Strategy Development.
- Support improvement of Client Communications.
- Oversee and manage the creation of executive briefing materials.
- Coordinates Annual Investment Planning Requests.
- Acts as a senior advisor to the Head of Cyber for Wealth and Legacy Franchise and Leadership Team.
- When necessary, represents Head of Cyber for Wealth and Legacy Franchise in meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
- Supports Head of Cyber for Wealth and Legacy Franchise in meetings by taking notes and assuming responsibility for completion of action items.
- When necessary, acts as the liaison between Head of Cyber for Wealth and Legacy Franchise and other executives, clients, and stakeholders to ensure consistent communication and ensuring involvement or decision-making at the proper time.
- Participates with the Head of Cyber for Wealth and Legacy Franchise and the Leadership Team in strategic planning and decision-making.
- Provides oversight to facilitate timely and effective completion of projects and initiatives under the responsibility of the Head of Cyber for Wealth and Legacy Franchise.
- Provides input to the Head of Cyber for Wealth and Legacy Franchise to improve service performance and processes to streamline operations.
- Provides new project coordination as needed and Liaison to Project Management functions.
Qualifications:
10+ years of relevant experience, 5+ years of experience in a senior role
Strong understanding of Information security domains such as Cyber Risk, Architecture, Defense, etc.
Good understanding of IT Security frameworks such as NIST SP-800, ISO 27001
Strong inter personnel skills and ability to influence outcomes in the collaborative environment, with an understanding of matrix management organizations
Demonstrated strategic thinking and creative problem-solving skills
Extremely strong communication skills (both written and verbal) interacting with senior technology and business management, with strong executive presence
Demonstrated experience with large scale transformation, organization design and effectiveness and service delivery
Exceptional leadership skills, strong cultural behaviors and a passion for diversity, equity and inclusion
Ability to influence and manage change while providing a positive and proactive relationship management service to colleagues and partners, striving for high quality outcomes and smarter ways of working
Demonstrated ability to take ownership and follow up on issues

$176,720.00 - $265,080.00
