Key Responsibilities:

• Translate GMP and GxP compliance requirements into well-defined Agile user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Lead and facilitate requirements gathering workshops with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to validate solution design against compliance and operational needs.
• Oversee testing phases, adjudicating adherence to requirements and managing defect triage with a focus on regulatory impact.
• Support end-user feedback loops to continuously improve solution usability and compliance readiness.
   

Knowledge:

• Strong background in Supply Chain and/or Manufacturing, preferably within Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences environments.
• Familiarity with global regulatory frameworks (FDA, EMA) and GMP/GxP principles.
   

Required Qualifications: 

• Proven ability to facilitate workshops and discussions with diverse stakeholder groups.

• Hands-on experience with validated systems and understanding of qualification and validation processes.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies, including writing user stories and acceptance criteria; SAFe framework knowledge is a plus.
• Experience with SAP solutions and global/multi-site deployments.
• Strong leadership and consultancy skills, with an Agile mindset and collaborative approach.
• Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English.
• Ability to act as a trusted advisor, balancing compliance requirements with business objectives.
