As a Warehouse and Distribution Clerk, you will be responsible for Receiving, Storage and Distribution for Lake Forest site ensuring accurate and timely receiving and distribution of designated products, maintaining a clean and organized warehouse area and being capable of executing the MRP process.

In this role, a typical day will include:

•  Ensure compliance to all relevant GxP and safety standards and contribute that all activities and documentation comply with the requirement of safety, GDP/GMP, Data Integrity standards.
•  Technical qualification for a specific area, acknowledge of basic new technologies and understand applied practice in narrowly defined discipline/area.
•  Operate within well-defined procedures and guidelines.
•  Contribute to maintain a high level of good housekeeping and carrying out operations within accepted GMP and HSE practices.
•  Ensure proper escalation of all matters related with HSE, quality, supply and production, implement decisions and act as responsible for continuity of production.
•  Support problem solving and teamwork and support a high-performance teamwork environment.
•  Responsible for personal and professional development.
•  Support building organizational culture in line with Alcon values and behaviors.

Experience:

• Valid Driver License

• Forklift Experience

• SAP or any other MRP Experience

• Excel Experience

• Able to lift 20 pounds

What You'll Bring to Alcon:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English

• 1 Year of Relevant Experience
