Delivery Leader - DevSecOps Platform Engineering

Location: Bangalore, India

Role Summary

Lead the enterprise DevSecOps function responsible for enabling secure, automated, scalable, and reliable software delivery across application portfolios. The role will own DevSecOps platforms, Azure application hosting services, CI/CD capabilities, security tooling, observability, monitoring, and engineering governance to support development, QA, Path-to-Production, and Release Management organizations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and govern enterprise CI/CD platforms and deployment automation.
  • Drive Azure platform standards, automation, and Infrastructure-as-Code adoption.
  • Manage DevSecOps tooling, engineering platforms, and associated services.
  • Establish and maintain security controls including code scanning, vulnerability management, and compliance reporting.
  • Lead observability and monitoring capabilities including dashboards, logging, alerting, and operational metrics.
  • Define engineering standards, best practices, and platform governance.
  • Partner with Development, QA, P2P, Release Management, Security, and Infrastructure teams.
  • Drive continuous improvement in deployment reliability, security posture, and platform efficiency.
  • Manage vendor/license relationships, platform roadmap, and technology modernization initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 12+ years of experience in Software Engineering, strong relevant experience in DevOps, DevSecOps, Platform Engineering, Cloud Engineering, or related areas.
  • Strong Azure platform experience.
  • Expertise in CI/CD platforms such as Azure DevOps, GitHub, Jenkins, or similar.
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code, automation, and cloud-native technologies.
  • Experience with security, monitoring, observability, and engineering toolchains.
  • Proven leadership experience managing enterprise engineering or platform teams.
