KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide technical assistance, procedure support, implantation and follow up support as well as training to customers and Abbott staff when needed.
Build a good relationship and work closely with the Sales & Marketing department.
Implement strategies and tactics to ensure market penetration and achieve sales goals.
Coordinate promotion of new and existing products, with all relevant marketing activities such as product presentations and competitor information.
Achieve sales revenue of product portfolio in the assigned territory.
Generate and maintain contacts and relationships with existing and new customers.
Be familiar with therapies and become an expert in product portfolio.
Professionally present the clinical merits of each product and the comparative considerations of alternative therapeutic approaches.
Take an active role in tender processes, build connections with cross-functional stakeholders with up-to-date information and correct timing.
Collaborate with manager in establishing strategic, operating, and forecasting plans in accordance with business objectives and challenges.
QUALIFICATIONS:
University degree (or equivalent) in science, healthcare, or business discipline.
5+ years of related work experience within structural heart or cardiovascular field
Strong sales and clinical orientation, experience with products for use in interventional cardiology, familiarity with echo cardiology and other indirect imaging, also strongly preferred.
Self-drive to identify, initiate and implement projects independently.
Good verbal and written communication skills in Thai and English, another language is an asset.
Strong analytical and diagnostic skills in problem solving.
Experience with working on tenders is an asset.
Can adapt to long and short-term business trips.
Handle and process customer feedback/complaints/product experience as applicable in timely manner and according to Abbott Medical policy and requirement.
Execute the job responsibilities according to applicable standard operating procedures of Abbott Medical.
