Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire application development process and ensuring its successful implementation. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing the team's performance, and making key decisions. You will have the opportunity to showcase your expertise in SAP BASIS Administration and contribute to the success of the project. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME in SAP BASIS Administration. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively. - Responsible for team decisions and ensuring their successful implementation. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications. - Act as the primary point of contact for the project. - Ensure the successful implementation of the application development process. - Manage the team's performance and provide guidance and support. - Make key decisions to drive the project's success. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BASIS Administration. - Strong understanding of SAP BASIS Administration. - Experience in designing, building, and configuring applications. - Knowledge of application development best practices. - Experience with managing cross-functional teams. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP HANA Administration. - Experience with SAP Solution Manager. - Knowledge of SAP security and authorization concepts. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in SAP BASIS Administration. - This position is based in Mumbai. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
