As a Grants Management Associate, you will manage a set of grants targeted towards creating change for our priority initiatives. You set and execute on operational standards for data and financial management, track grantee performance, and collaborate across internal capabilities to drive strategic decision making.
A typical day can include analyzing grant proposals, drafting grant recommendations, participating in conversations with grant partners, collecting the documentation to process and disburse grant payments, as well as working with internal teams to measure and report on portfolio progress.
