Buscamos un/a CRM Project Manager que tenga experiencia trabajando con plataformas como Salesforce Marketing Cloud, así como en la definición y ejecución de campañas multicanal y estrategias de customer journey. Será clave su capacidad para coordinar equipos multidisciplinares, actuando como punto de conexión entre negocio y tecnología. 

Requerimientos: 

  • Liderar proyectos de transformación digital y automatización de marketing, asegurando la alineación con los objetivos estratégicos del negocio. 
  • Actuar como enlace entre la estrategia de negocio y los equipos técnicos, garantizando la correcta ejecución de campañas efectivas, segmentadas y personalizadas. 
  • Gestionar el diseño, implementación y optimización de campañas multicanal (email, SMS, WhatsApp y notificaciones push) en plataformas como Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Impulsar iniciativas orientadas a mejorar la experiencia del cliente a lo largo de todo el Customer Life Cycle (captación, conversión, fidelización y retención).
  • Gestionar requerimientos y definir criterios de aceptación, asegurando la correcta alineación entre equipos internos (Marketing, Digital, IT, Ventas, Legal, Producto) y externos (agencias y partners tecnológicos).
  • Coordinar la ejecución de proyectos de comunicación y marketing digital, garantizando calidad, tiempos y cumplimiento de objetivos. 
  • Identificar oportunidades de optimización y automatización en procesos de marketing basados en datos. 
  • Asegurar la correcta integración y uso de datos para la activación de campañas personalizadas.
