Summary 
 
Codazen is at the forefront of VR and immersive web technology, transforming the digital landscape through groundbreaking virtual experiences. We’re seeking a dynamic, self-starter Sales Representative to help us expand our market presence and drive growth in the VR and Immersive Web space. If you’re passionate about virtual reality, gaming, and emerging web technologies, we want you on our team! 

Role Responsibilities 

  • Proactively identify, qualify, and close sales opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, emails, social media, and networking. Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and achieve sales targets. 
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key projects, ensuring client satisfaction and delivering exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle. 
  • Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to deal closing. Conduct timely follow-ups, schedule meetings, and work to achieve or exceed sales targets. 
  • Represent Codazen at events and conferences (both virtual and in-person) to showcase our expertise and engage potential clients. 
  • Collaborate with the Business development, engineering, and production teams to align sales efforts with product development and marketing strategies.  
  • Ensure a seamless customer experience and contribute to continuous improvement in sales strategies and processes. 
  • Market Research and Feedback: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments. Provide valuable insights and feedback to the product development team to ensure Codazen remains ahead of the curve. 

Qualifications 

  • Minimum of 2 years of professional sales experience, preferably in software engineering, virtual reality, or a related tech field. 
  • Bachelor’s degree required  
  • Technical Passion: Strong enthusiasm for virtual reality, familiarity with VR headsets, and an interest in gaming (VR and gaming as a hobby is highly valued). 
  • Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of VR, AR, AI, and immersive web technologies. Knowledge and contacts in University and Travel and Leisure marketplaces a plus. 
  • Highly motivated, self-driven, and a proactive problem-solver. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn and stay current on new products and industry trends. 
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tools; strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with strong presentation skills and the ability to convey complex ideas effectively. 
Full compensation packages are based on candidate experience and certifications. 
Irvine Pay Range
$75,000$100,000 USD
