Job Summary:

The Director of client Infrastructure Delivery is responsible for leading the design, implementation, and operational management of enterprise-grade infrastructure solutions for Fortna’s clients. This strategic role combines technical leadership, delivery excellence, and client engagement, ensuring high-value outcomes across multiple industries and environments.

You will oversee large-scale programs involving data center server rooms builds, network and network connectivity, and end-to-end infrastructure deployment from client solutioning perspective, while serving as a trusted advisor to clients, building lasting relationships and ensuring satisfaction throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement & Relationship Management

  • Focus on the client infrastructure delivery, act as a single point of contact from client engagement perspective.
  • Act as a strategic partner to enterprise clients, translating business needs into scalable infrastructure solutions.
  • Serve as the executive delivery lead for key client accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Participate in client roadmap planning, QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews), and governance meetings.

Infrastructure Delivery Leadership

  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of infrastructure solutions: cloud migration, data center builds, network modernization, endpoint solutions, etc.
  • Drive delivery of Fortna’s solution across diverse client environments.
  • Ensure successful project execution aligned with scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards.
  • Manage vendor and partner relationships for hardware, software, and cloud services (e.g.,Redhat, Nutanix,  AWS, Azure, Dell, VMware, Cisco).
  • Ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and compliance standards (e.g., SOC 2, HIPAA, ISO 27001).

Team Leadership & Coordination

  • Lead and mentor cross-functional technical teams, including infrastructure architects, engineers, and project managers.
  • Collaborate with sales, solution architects, and account managers to support pre-sales and solution design.
  • Develop the best internal practices and reusable delivery frameworks.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field preferred).
  • 15+ years of IT infrastructure experience, with 10+ years in client-facing delivery leadership and solutioning.
  • Deep expertise in enterprise infrastructure: cloud, networking, virtualization, storage, and security, Openshift and Nutanix.
  • Proven experience leading complex infrastructure projects across multiple clients or industries.
  • Strong executive communication skills and experience interfacing with executive leadership client stakeholders.
  • Background in IT consulting, managed services, or professional services preferred.
