We're seeking an Analyst to join our team!

This is an excellent opportunity for high school students to gain real-world work experience in a dynamic environment. You'll work directly with your manager and other stakeholders on a diverse range of projects, learning hands-on skills while supporting the team's evolving needs. No two weeks will look the same. You may be research one day, organizing and analyzing data the next, supporting new business initiative the day after. What Will You Do? 

• Project Support: Assist your manager with planning, execution, and delivery of internal projects, from conception to completion
• Research & Analysis: Research on topics based on business need, organization information and transform findings into presentations, reports, etc., to support decision-making across the organization
• Documentation: Create clear, organized documentation and reports on project status, findings, and recommendations
• Process Improvement: Help identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve efficiency using available tools and technologies
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with colleagues across departments to understand needs and support ongoing initiatives
• Ad Hoc Tasks: Support planning and execution of projects from idea through implementation based on what your manager prioritizes as new challenges and priorities surface, this is an intentionally broad to help you gain exposure to different parts of the business

What Do You Need to Succeed? 

Must Haves 

• Currently enrolled in high school or recent high school graduate
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Interest in or exposure to AI and technology
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Curiosity and willingness to tackle unfamiliar tasks
• Familiarity with basic tools (Microsoft Office, or similar)

Nice to Have 

• Experience with data tools or spreadsheet analysis
• Previous part-time or volunteer work experience
• Strong grades in math, science, or computer classes
• Involvement in school projects or clubs

• Expected Compensation: $18 per hour
