Rol:
Responsible from order forecast and demand changes with customers. Responsible to make sure requests can be successfully ship on time.

 What the candidate will do:

• Supervising and controlling new sales orders, identifying the key elements and communicate downstream for required actions.
• Analyzing historical sales data, and other relevant factors to predict future product demand. This helps in ensuring that inventory levels are maintained appropriately to meet customer needs without overstocking
• Manage customer priorities, high priority back orders, back orders and past due.
• Serving as primary contact for customer inquiries; primary escalation process.
• Evaluate restrictions to meet the sales plan and communicate impact to Demand planning supervisor.

Education requirement:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or a related field, or expected to graduate within the current year

English Intermediate conversacional

What skills the ideal candidate will have:

Data Gathering & Analysis

• Intermediate to advanced knowledge in obtaining and analyzing data using Excel
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge in Office 365
• Basic SAP System Management

Demand Management:

• Knowledge of demand management process, production plan definition
• Demand reports and analysis, to determine variation
• Identify customer priorities and manage them on the production line

Forecasting:

• Production plan definition
• RCCP analysis to identify manufacturing capabilities & restrictions
• Basic knowledge on Sales and operation process
• Proactive communication with operations, manufacturing, supply chain team to meet demand
   

Top Candidate Will Have:

• Intermediate knowledge in SAP CBS
• Basic/Intermediate knowledge on Power Bi

This position is from Monday to Friday
