As a Senior Specialist within the People Strategy, Analytics, and Measurement team at Micron, you will support the Director of People Strategy, Analytics, and Measurement, as well as senior leaders within the People Organization in shaping the execution our strategic HR initiatives. This critical position will foster strong collaboration with the People team, staff, organization, and Corporate Strategy team. Your role is crucial in driving data-informed decision-making and supporting the strategic goals of the People organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deploy processes that support strategic decision-making, ensure cross-functional alignment, and track the execution of strategic priorities.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations for HR leadership and senior management.
Assist in designing and maintaining the measurement framework for assessing the impact of People programs.
Support the development of long-term HR strategies and goals that align with Micron’s overall business objectives.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of HR initiatives, identifying potential risks and opportunities, and suggest adjustments as necessary.
Work closely with the Measurement and Analytics team to surface relevant market and internal talent trends and identify competitive opportunities
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
10+ years of experience in HR analytics, strategy, organizational development, or a related field.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, and stakeholders simultaneously with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Strong analytical, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, PowerBI).
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
