Summary: As a Security Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and protecting enterprise systems, applications, data, assets, and people. Your typical day will involve applying security skills to safeguard information, infrastructures, applications, and business processes against cyber threats using Identity and Access Management (IAM) Operations. Roles & Responsibilities: - Design, implement, and maintain IAM solutions to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of enterprise systems, applications, and data. - Develop and maintain IAM policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate security risks, vulnerabilities, and threats to enterprise systems, applications, and data. - Provide technical guidance and support to stakeholders on IAM-related issues, including access management, identity governance, and privileged access management. Requirement: Minimum 1-2 years of experience working on Identity management solutions including Microsoft Active Directory, and Active Directory Federation Services, Azure Active directory Knowledge on PAM tools like Beyondtrust or Cyberark, Public key infrastructure, multi-factor authentication technologies, Microsoft Identity Manager Key responsibilities Provide day to day operational support within IAM, working on incident tickets and service requests Good working knowledge of ITSM processes, Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management etc. Documentation skills to prepare runbooks, SOPs Good problem solving & troubleshooting skills Strong communication skills are highly essential Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) Operations. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with IAM tools such as SailPoint, CyberArk, or Okta. - Experience with security technologies such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and security information and event management (SIEM) systems. - Knowledge of regulatory requirements such as GDPR, HIPAA, and PCI-DSS. - Experience with cloud security and DevSecOps practices. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) Operations. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA. - This position is based at our Gurugram office.
