WORK YOU’LL DO

As a Cloud Platform Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, building, testing, and deploying cloud application solutions that integrate cloud and non-cloud infrastructure. You will deploy infrastructure and platform environments, create proof of architecture to test architecture viability, security, and performance. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop innovative cloud solutions that enhance system performance and reliability.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of cloud services.

• Conduct regular assessments of cloud infrastructure to identify areas for improvement.

• Stay updated with the latest cloud technologies and trends to drive continuous improvement.

• The role is required to work onsite typically 3 days a week

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering or in a related discipline

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing/designing cloud PaaS & IaaS components

• GitHub pipeline & GitHub Actions design and deployment

• Familiarity with Terraform provisioning or Infrastructure as Code (IaC)

• Strong coordination and communication skills, including verbal and written updates to technical stakeholders

• Ability to understand how infrastructure supports deployments, even when application code is managed by another team

• Exposure to blue/green or canary deployments

• Experience working in enterprise environments that blend modern cloud and legacy systems

• Comfort working in fast paced release cycles across test, performance, and production environments

• Certification: AZ-104: Microsoft Azure Administrator

NICE TO HAVE:

• Certifications: AZ-204: Azure Developer Associate, AZ-400: Designing and Implementing Microsoft DevOps Solutions

• Skills in automation and AI related to cloud infrastructure
