Overview The Fulfillment Coordinator is responsible for providing support to the warehouse floor operations. Duties in this role may include supporting wave planning, documenting orders, and generating labels. This role will coordinate support of client orders including reviewing vendor compliance documents and verifying processes and procedures, so requirements are met.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and provide professional communication with clients, client’s retailers, and SCLS vendors.

• Schedule outbound loads for orders through transportation management systems (TMS)

• Manage Bill of Ladings (BOLs).

• File freight claims as needed. • Review all vendor guidelines for clients and ensure SCLS meets requirements.

• Ensure quality standards are maintained for all order types.

• Wave orders and print labels for operations.

• Manage and coordinate projects and functional areas within the operation as needed (Kitting, Receiving, etc.).

Assist warehouse leads, supervisors, and operation teams as needed.

• Provide support for warehouse errors and discrepancies.

• Maintain proper certifications and training.

• Ship orders utilizing computers and software.

• Identify areas for improved efficiency and partner with management for alignment.

• Other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.

Qualifications Education/Experience

• High school diploma or GED required

.• Associate’s degree preferred. • 1-2 years’ experience working in a warehouse setting or similar field.

• Experience working with retailer-specific shipping guidelines is preferred.

• Experience working with a warehouse management system (WMS) is preferred. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Ability to work independently, efficiently, and keep work organized to meet assigned goals.

• Proficient mathematical computing with whole numbers, decimals, and fractions.

• Proficient with technology and experience within Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)

• Strong interpersonal skills • Experience interpreting documents for safety, operations, maintenance, and procedural manuals.

• Experience managing and sharing reports.

Forklift Operator Certificate and/or License is preferred.

• Ability to work flexible hours, weekends, and swing shifts as needed.
