What you will do:

  • Leadership and Team Management:
    - Lead, mentor, and develop a team of data analysts and data scientists.
    - Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
  • Strategic Planning:
    - Develop and implement the data analytics strategy aligned with the company’s goals.
    - Identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business solutions.
  • Data Analysis and Interpretation:
    - Oversee the design, development, and deployment of data analytics projects.
    - Ensure data quality, integrity, and accuracy.
    - Interpret complex data sets and translate findings into actionable business insights.
  • Technical Expertise:
    - Utilize advanced data analysis techniques and tools such as SQL, Python, R, and machine learning frameworks.
    - Oversee the development and implementation of data models and algorithms.
    - Stay up to date with the latest data analytics trends and technologies.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
    - Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
    - Present findings and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders.
    - Communicate technical information to non-technical audiences effectively.
  • Data Governance:
    - Implement data governance policies to ensure data privacy, security, and compliance.

What you need:

  • Education:
    - Bachelor’s or master’s degree in data science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    - Minimum of 7 years of experience in data analytics or a related field.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R).
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Knowledge of machine learning techniques and statistical analysis
  • Knowledge on stream processing for near real-time analytics is must.
