A Dow possui uma oportunidade Médico(a) do Trabalho localizada em Breu Branco - PA (BRA). Como médico(a) do trabalho, essa função: fornece serviços de cuidados clínicos, gestão de casos, gestão/programa de avaliação de saúde e serviços gerais de saúde preventiva. Contribui para a expertise dos Serviços de Saúde através da responsabilidade por um processo global e/ou gestão de projetos de questões críticas da empresa. Além disso, fornece suporte inicial de Serviços de Saúde em regime de plantão conforme disponível para emergências médicas fora do horário comercial.

Responsabilidades:

• Obtém um histórico completo, realiza uma avaliação física observando desvios da norma, solicita testes médicos e faz um diagnóstico.

• Seleciona, administra e/ou solicita medicamentos, fisioterapia, consultas com especialistas e recomenda limitações ou restrições médicas às atividades.

• Avalia funcionários com lesões e doenças relacionadas ao trabalho e/ou condições médicas pessoais para determinar sua aptidão para o trabalho.

• Auxilia na resposta a emergências no local, coordenando com os Serviços de Emergência e Segurança para fornecer consulta de Serviços de Saúde para resposta a emergências e treinamento para as equipes de emergência do local.

• Desenvolve o plano específico do Programa de Avaliação de Saúde para grupos de funcionários designados e avalia os riscos de agentes químicos e físicos da planta ou departamento, informações de exposição e normas regulatórias e da Dow para determinar as necessidades específicas de testes e frequência para os funcionários do grupo.

• Fornece serviços de avaliação de saúde.

Requisitos:

• Formação em Medicina;

• Especialização em Medicina Ocupacional do Trabalho;

• Inglês para leitura;

• Disponibilidade para atuar full time (8h).

Desejável:

• Experiência prévia na função.
