Key Responsibilities

  • Provides leadership and direction through managers. Is accountable for the performance and results of a region or related job families. Executes segment/functional business plans and contributes to the development of segment/functional strategy. Decisions are guided by segment/functional strategy and priorities. Directs and controls the activities of a broad functional area. Provides leadership to a team or functional area that provides strategic focus to the Customer Quality Org.
  • Ensures that customer perspectives are understood and addressed by business leaders, resulting in improved delivery of products and services. 
  • Provide day-to-day management support to the development, evaluation, and implementation of strategies to respond to customer issues.
  • Works with cross-functional teams to align customer resolutions with business objectives. Identifies opportunities to improve customer quality.
  • Serves as the primary contact in the customer quality team in resolving issues. 
  • Interfaces with key customers to ensure customer satisfaction and that products meet customer specifications. In case of customer inquires or issues, the Global Quality organization is responsible for providing customers with answers and driving each issue to resolution. 
  • Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.

  • Guided by segment/functional  strategy, impacts results of a department, business unit or sub-function or facilitates the work done by other segments/functions by providing support to impact the business

  • Negotiates and influences the opinions of others at the senior executive level and in external organizations; exercises sensitivity to the audience

U.S. Salary Range:

$164,000.00 - $225,500.00

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
