Summary: As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, your typical day involves serving as the primary liaison between clients and the systems or applications they utilize. You will focus on maintaining high-quality service through effective communication, ensuring that our world-class systems operate smoothly. Your role requires you to accurately identify client issues and leverage your extensive product knowledge to design appropriate resolutions, contributing to overall client satisfaction and system efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for application support. - Engage in continuous learning to stay updated on system enhancements and new features. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Infrastructure Service Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI). - Strong understanding of service management frameworks such as ITIL. - Experience with incident management and problem resolution processes. - Familiarity with application monitoring tools and performance metrics. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Infrastructure Service Management. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
