Job description: A: Plan and implement low to medium risk changes on production systems B: Analyze and assess the impact and risk of low to medium risk changes on production systems C: Resolve standard incidents affecting the operation or availability of systems D: Daily Monitoring of Network Devices and Reporting E: Review the problem management register and identify and implement actions F: Documentation Assist disaster recovery tests Experience: A: Experience on OSI model TCP IP and IP Subnetting B: Understanding of Virtual Machines/ Firewalls C: Powershell scripting D: Experience in configuration of Cisco Switches Routers and wireless devices E: Good Troubleshooting skills in Cisco Switches and Routers F: Good to have AWS certification, CCNA, CCNP Other requirements: A. Good verbal and written communication skill to connect with customer at varying levels of organization B. B: Ability to operate interdependently and make decision Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in providing technical support for Network Infrastructures. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in Computer Science or a related field. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
