ROLE SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to lead our Cloud and Hosting Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) Operations team. This role will be accountable for the reliability and performance of our Cloud and Hosting infrastructure services for all Pfizer business units globally. This includes Cloud, Server, Storage, Data Backup and Restore, Database, and Middleware operations. The successful candidate will apply SRE principles to drive operational excellence, continuous improvement, and deliver tangible business outcomes that support the organization’s strategic goals.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $169,700.00 to $282,900.00.* In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 20.0% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
