Where You Will Work:

Atrium Health Levine Cancer Morehead Hematology/Oncology Clinic is an outpatient clinic located in the heart of downtown Charlotte, NC. We specialize in treating adults with malignant and non-malignant blood disorders. Our Hematologists possess expertise in Leukemia, Lymphoma, Multiple myeloma, Hemophilia, and Sickle Cell. Our clinical team includes nurses, medical assistants, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, doctors, care coordinators, pharmacists, and nurse navigators

We’re Looking For:

  • Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
  • Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
  • RN with at least 1 year of experience in procedures or operative care (such as PACU, Pre-Op, or OR) required.
  • Experience in procedural or peri-anesthesia care (Pre-op, PACU, OR) is preferred but not required. Minimum 1 year as RN required.
  • Ideally, this RN would have perianesthesia experience (OR, PACU, procedural nursing), or ICU experience. 

What You’ll Do:

  • This RN supports patients through outpatient brachytherapy procedures, providing care in preop, intraop, and PACU. Responsibilities include peri-anesthesia care, anesthesia clearance, and procedure scheduling. The role is highly collaborative and focused on safe, efficient procedural flow and patient-centered care.
  • Ability to coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams and be adaptable/flexible.
  • May administer medications, treatments, and therapies safely and according to clinical protocols and procedures.
