Job Description:
As an Apple Customer Service Representative at UPS, you will play a key role in supporting Apple customers through back-office operations and occasional inbound calls. This position focuses on ensuring smooth processing of returns, address changes, and claims related to investigations and product damages. You’ll work closely with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
