Job Summary:

Holding responsibility for the PCN Mailbox content with attention to detail and commitment to high service. Collaborates with stakeholders to validate user requirements, assess available technologies, and recommend solution options. Assesses objectives for assigned project phases and recommends technical strategies and tactics to achieve business needs.

Maintain and troubleshoot operational data maintenance tasks with focus on Product Change Notification process, to ensure operational health.

What You Will Do

• Executes tasks on maintenance of material master data and product change notification process.
• Collaborate with Analysts and business teams on process enhancements.
• Maintain and update automation logic, configuration, and documentation. Support deployment of new scripts, updates, and fixes in test/live environments.
• Document changes, fixes, and recurring issues for visibility and process improvement.

Key Skills Required:

• Experience with log analysis, debugging, and version control. Intermediate to advanced data literacy.
• Knowledge of structured error handling, configuration management, and basic CI/CD. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
