Principal Accountabilities
● Creates and develops first article for firmware programming per customers’ technical specifications.
● Independently create and develop first article for firmware programming per customers’ technical specifications and by analyzing technical data to determine appropriate setup criteria and programming platform.
● Acts as technical leader for major aspects of component programming and is required to interface with customers’ firmware design engineers to resolve programming issues or to provide technical assistance.
● Required to author technical literature such as: QOI, Standard Works, Engineering bulletins, FQR and failure analysis reports.
● Monitors and reports on productivity and quality of first article prototypes.

Experience / Education
