As Group Finance Director, you will lead a team of around 100 finance professionals (and growing), working across multiple countries and business lines. They will be responsible for maintaining robust financial controls, enhancing financial systems infrastructure, and establishing a culture of continuous improvement to ensure company readiness for a potential IPO.

• <point>Minimum 10+ years of experience in finance, with a proven track record in accounting, controlling, and finance leadership within complex, multinational environments.</point>
• <point>Expertise in IFRS and international accounting standards, with a strong technical foundation and experience in leading large finance teams.</point>
• <point>Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; ACCA, CIMA, or ACA certification is highly desirable.</point>
• <point>Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders and build partnerships across functions.</point>
• <point>Ability to operate effectively in high-growth, dynamic environments and manage complexity and change..</point>
• <point>Ownership & Accountability: Takes full responsibility for finance outcomes and continuously seeks improvement.</point>
