Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals. Your typical day will involve overseeing the application development process, providing technical guidance, and ensuring the quality and timely delivery of applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Lead the design, development, and implementation of applications. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members. - Ensure the quality and timely delivery of applications. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and bugs. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. - Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Windows User Interface (UI) Design. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with User Experience (UX) Design. - Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies. - Experience in designing and developing user-friendly interfaces for Windows applications. - Proficient in using design tools such as Adobe XD or Sketch. - Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Familiarity with usability testing and user research methodologies. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Microsoft Windows User Interface (UI) Design. - This position is based in Noida. - A Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent is required.
