Job Description

Japanese language Proficiency is mandatory and knowledge in HR Operations will be an added advantage.

Level - JLPT N3 or N4

• The capability to plan and schedule work in line with changing priorities
• Provide operational day to day support to Employee benefits and data changes
• Develop understanding of the end to end processes and apply these in a consistent manner
• Strong administrative and organization skills
• Ability to work with high volume workload and tight deadlines
• Customer focused with a ‘can do’ attitude.
• Good Communication skills
• A strong sense of attention to detail and analytics with a focus on service delivery
• Knowledge of relevant employment legislation gained through either studies or practical experience would be highly regarded.
• Respond to queries from internal and external customers in a prompt and courteous manner
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Life cycle processes implementing changes when required 
• Escalate issues and blockages to the relevant Leads in order that resolutions can be sought
