JOB TITLE: DIGITAL SALES ENABLEMENT MANAGER

As part of the Global OneKey team, you will support commercial efforts by pushing our digital capabilities,

work with sales and product teams to develop expertise and train on offerings and capabilities. You will bring a strong business acumen and provide best-in class consultancy for clients projects during client meetings and Powerpoint presentations. You will be the knowledge keeper of all products and services and drive an end-to-end approach to client response.  You will be identified as the go-to expert to support digital-first commercial opportunities and coordinate with relevant stakeholders.

You will support sales teams during client-facing meetings and during each stage of the customer buying process and will be at the forefront of ensuring the successful execution of large-scale and complex projects. Your role is not just about managing projects but also about driving overall success and fostering growth. You will be instrumental in business development and taking ownership of various offerings.

Job description

  • Lead the design, development and delivery of consulting projects or components of larger, complex projects
  • Lead coordination of digital-first commercial requests and actions between the different teams
  • Review and analysis of client requirements and assistance in the development of proposals of cost-effective solutions that ensure profitability and high client satisfaction
  • Develop knowledge of existing services and product portfolio
  • Assists with the review and analysis of client requirements or problems and assists in the development of proposals and client solutions.
  • Participate in the design and structure of client presentations, proposals and reporting
  • Recommends improvements and alternative solutions to resolve problems
  • Proactively develops broader and deeper knowledge of related consulting methodologies and pharmaceutical market through on-the-job experience and participation in training opportunities
  • Begins to develop practice specific subject matter expertise

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience working in digital environment and in healthcare
  • Collaborate in cross-functional teams to address client challenges and proposals
  • Strong business acumen and solid PowerPoint skills
  • Comfortable working in dynamic environments with different projects for you to work on
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local office language(s)
  • Ability to work collaboratively in diverse teams and adapt to changing environments
