Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX:

As the Senior Finance Analyst, Reporting, you will play a key role in elevating our global reporting foundation and strengthening how financial information is delivered, understood, and leveraged across the business. You will partner with Accounting and Regional FP&A teams to enhance the quality, consistency, and insightfulness of month‑end and weekly performance reporting.

In this role, you will support the evolution of our global reporting processes, improve utilization of financial systems, and help drive initiatives that enhance visibility into business performance. Through your work, you will enable better decision‑making across the organization and contribute to long‑term strategic planning initiatives.

Meet Your Future Team:

The Corporate FP&A team at Arc’teryx is responsible for providing leadership, clarity and steering to the greater Finance and FP&A team, as well as the overall organization on key financial planning and forecasting activities. The team also leads the monthly and quarterly global reporting on business performance, both internally and externally. Through review of historic financials, variance analysis and KPI tracking, the team advises on key areas of performance improvement and strategic direction for the company.
