Job Description

The Operations Senior Manager is responsible for leading the operational engine of the business. This role oversees campaign execution, ad platform operations, and cross-functional alignment to ensure flawless delivery and optimization of advertiser campaigns. The position drives operational excellence partnering closely with internal and external clients to scale revenue and maximize advertiser performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee campaign setup, trafficking, QA, pacing, and performance optimization across Demand and Supply. Ensure SLA compliance and proactive issue resolution.

• Performs and evaluates moderate to complex trend analysis (e.g., competitor analysis, risk management, financial).

• Partner with analytics teams to validate data accuracy, analyze campaign results, and implement optimization strategies.

• Manage ecosystem (DSPs, SSPs, ad servers, SDK integrations, data pipelines). Collaborate with Product and Engineering to maintain platform health and scalability.

• Define and enforce standardized processes, SLAs, QA checks, and escalation paths. Identify automation opportunities and operational efficiencies across Campaign Management, Analytics, and Engineering.

• Lead and mentor team members. Define roles, growth paths, and performance goals. Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

• Act as liaison between Sales, Account Management, Data & Measurement, Engineering, and external partners. Translate business needs into operational execution and ensure insights inform strategy.

Education

• 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)

Experience

• 10 or more years of experience (Preferred)

Compensation

Compensation offered for this role is 104,000.00 - 187,625.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
