This role is critical to ensuring compliance with legal regulations, promoting a culture of safety, and minimizing environmental impact. You will have the opportunity to contribute to improving occupational health and hygiene-related performance. Each day, you will support the business and
offering solutions and advice to cultivate culture with a focus on occupational health and safety.

The work model for the role is: hybrid
 

You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Implement health and safety policies and standards in line with legal requirements and company regulations.
  • Investigating and reporting occupational health incidents to the management and relevant stakeholders and prepare reports and recommend corrective actions.
  • Facilitates occupational health and hygiene risk assessment conducted by line management and ensures all necessary preventive measures against the identified hazards are implemented.
  • Identifies the need, plans, and initiates training for employees, managers and other stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement safety projects, risk assessments, procedures, and compliance documentation.
  • Collaborates with other functions and business partners to drive occupational health performance.

Requirements:

  • Higher education in the field or postgraduate studies in health and safety.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in working in occupational health and safety area, nice to have experience in technical environment.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to organize internal training and knowledge transfer.
  • Independence in initiating actions, making decisions and overcoming problems.
  • Knowledge of applicable laws, EU directives and norms in area of occupational health and safety.
  • Fluent Polish and English language for efficient communication.
