Here are just a few of your day-to-day responsibilities.

• Lead Large-Scale AWS Projects: Guide clients through application modernization and migration initiatives, designing strategies and roadmaps tailored to AWS.
• Architect AWS Solutions: Develop cloud architectures using AWS services (EC2, Lambda, ECS, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, etc.), ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Application Modernization: Design composable architectures leveraging microservices, event-driven architectures (EDA), and AWS-native technologies.
• Cloud Migration: Build and execute migration plans from on-premises or other clouds to AWS, including assessment, planning, and hands-on delivery.
• DevOps & Automation: Implement CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code (CloudFormation, Terraform), and automated operations using AWS tools.
• Data Integration & Analytics: Architect data platforms on AWS, integrating data sources and enabling advanced analytics and machine learning.
• Hybrid & Multi-Cloud Integration: Design and implement hybrid cloud solutions using AWS Outposts, Direct Connect, and other AWS hybrid services.
• Client Advisory: Serve as a trusted advisor, communicating AWS architecture, best practices, and transformation strategies to technical and business stakeholders.
• Thought Leadership: Develop reusable assets, publish whitepapers, and contribute to AWS community knowledge.
• Business Case & ROI Analysis: Build financial models for cloud adoption, including TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) and ROI. Advise on cost optimization strategies and AWS pricing models.
• Operating Model Design: Design cloud operating models for governance, security, and compliance. Recommend organizational changes for cloud adoption (e.g., Cloud Center of Excellence).
• Resilience & DR Strategy: Define RTO/RPO tiers, multi-region patterns, backup/restore policies
• Design Architecture Review Board charters, NFR baseline templates
• AI Strategy & Enablement: Advise clients on leveraging AWS AI services (Bedrock, AgentCore, AWS Transform) to accelerate innovation and business transformation

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• MBA Degree from Tier-1 College (Preferable)
• 9-13 years of large-scale consulting experience and/or working with hi tech companies leading Projects on Cloud Strategy, Assessment, Cloud architecture, App Modernization, Containers, information security and information management.
• AWS Professional Cloud Architect Certification

Experience:

• We are seeking experienced professionals who have led large-scale engagements in application modernization, cloud architecture, and cloud strategy. The ideal candidates will have technical expertise in cloud strategy, assessments, cloud architecture, application modernization, and containers, across all stages of the innovation lifecycle, with a focus on shaping the future in real-time."
• The candidate should have practical industry expertise in one of these areas - Financial Services, Retail, consumer goods, Telecommunications, Life Sciences, Transportation, Hospitality, Automotive/Industrial, Mining and Resources.

Key Competencies and Skills:

The right candidate should have competency and skills aligned to one or more of these archetypes –

• Expertise in AWS cloud architecture, hybrid cloud integration, and cloud-native development.
• Strong knowledge of microservices, containers (ECS, EKS), and event-driven design.
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and infrastructure automation on AWS.
