As a Project Management Intern you will assist in a newly formed Bid Management EMEA department as a project manager within our sales team, coordinating and managing the end-to-end process of bid proposals for customers. This role requires organizational, communication, strategic planning, and project management skills to ensure successful and timely submissions that meet our clients' needs and drive sales growth, as well as strong business acumen.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform first analysis of received bid documentation in order to kick off project plan on gathering the documentation.
  • Work with different teams (like sales, marketing, and product) to gather all the needed information for the bid.
  • Help write and organize the documents needed for the bid proposal.
  • Make sure all parts of the bid are completed on time by keeping track of deadlines.
  • Regularly update your team on the progress of the bid and any changes needed.
  • Create the final bid proposal to ensure it meets all requirements and is high quality before submission supported by entire Bid Management department
  • Contribute to Bid Management department and AI development teams to automate documentation gathering through AI tools.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Any additional language will be considered as a plus.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
