Candidates should have demonstrated knowledge of the ESM system, including operations and troubleshooting. They must be able to manipulate PDS displays, databases, and scan strategies to meet mission requirements. Additionally, they should perform functional analysis, accurately identify electronic signals, monitor ESM displays, and recognize issues to coordinate hardware problem resolution. Instructor or evaluator experience is preferred.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Operating the Electronic Support Measures (ESM) subsystem
Performing systematic operational checks on the ESM system and determining optimal sensor setups
Ensuring accurate collection, display, and dissemination of ES data
Coordinating with external and internal agencies to verify the accuracy of ES data
Troubleshooting the ESM system and understanding anomalous behavior or database misidentifications
ESM/EWSP Training Development:
Candidates should manage ESM/EWSP systems and functions for aircraft-specific missions, including system initialization, operation, and optimization tailored to mission requirements.
ABM Training Development:
Candidates should manage mission systems and functions (RADAR/IFF, Communications, Computers, Battle Management, and Surveillance) for aircraft-specific missions, including system initialization and optimization.
Required Qualifications:
• Technical Expertise: Proven experience in Electronic Warfare (EW) or ESM system operations.
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret signal data and recognize technical patterns or system anomalies.
• Ability to analyze problems, conduct research, and summarize findings.
• Communication: Skilled in technical reporting and cross-agency coordination.
• Ability to support analysis across several technical disciplines
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with excellent verbal/written communication skills
• Instructor/Evaluator experience and understanding of ISD principles
• Clearance: Must be able to meet eligibility requirements for Secret Security Clearance.
Applicable and appropriate educational/certification credentials from an accredited institution and/or equivalent experience is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
5+ Years of Electronic Warfare (EW) systems and operations
Ability to develop and implement innovative solutions
Presentation and communication skills (verbal, written and visual)
ESM/EWSP Training Development
Management of ESM/EWSP system and functions ISO A/C specific missions (E-7, KC46,C-32/40, IGHOS)
ESM/EWSP system initialization, operation and optimization for specific mission requirements
Knowledge of ESM/EWSP operations, troubleshooting, functional analysis, ESM/EWSP display manipulation and databases
ABM Training Development
•Management of mission system and functions (RADAR/IFF, Communications, Computers, Battle Management, and Surveillance) ISO A/C specific missions (E-7)
•Mission system initialization, operation, and optimization for specific mission requirements
