Summary: As a Business Process Designer, your typical day involves analyzing and enhancing workflows to ensure optimal efficiency. You will engage with various stakeholders to identify inefficiencies in current processes and collaborate with business users to define detailed product requirements. Your role also includes designing mechanisms for continuous monitoring and feedback collection, enabling ongoing refinement of processes over time. This dynamic position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to driving improvements in business operations. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and feedback from stakeholders. - Develop comprehensive documentation of workflows and process improvements. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Enterprise Edition. - Strong understanding of business process modeling techniques. - Experience with workflow automation tools and methodologies. - Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform process improvements. - Familiarity with project management principles and practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Java Enterprise Edition. - This position is based at our Noida office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
