Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and follow-up with creative agency and social media. agency to ensure weekly social media content and brand KPI performance reports are delivered within timeline. 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review and ensure brand consistency across all channels and touchpoints. 

  • Compile industry trends and competitive analysis on brand campaigns. 

  • Assist in maintaining brand guidelines and ensuring adherence to brand standards. 

  • Supports the execution of events, brand campaigns, and marketing initiatives.  

  • Assist with brand reporting, slides presentation and monthly social media audit.

  • Assist to proof-read copy, scripts and review marketing / event collaterals for both online and offline channels.

What we are looking for

  • Pursuing or recently completed diploma or degree in Mass Communication, Multimedia, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3 months internship and able to start immediately

  • Strong creative and conceptual thinking skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Digitally savvy with a keen interest in social media platforms

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Experience in design software and video editing (eg. Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator) is a plus

  • Ability to read / write Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage.
