YOUR NEW ROLE

• The primary focus of this role is to support NAB's Resilience & Crisis Management Centre of Excellence
• Supporting the Resilience & Crisis Management team in the delivery of activities required to meet Prudential Standard CPS230 ensuring NAB is compliant
• Supporting standardisation, consistency, quality and effectiveness across the BCM program by ensuring Standard Operating Procedures, Tools, Templates, Help Guides are maintained
• Support the delivery of high-quality BIA and BCPs across the Group to ensure a high standard of preparedness is in place to support a business disruptions
• Supporting Business Continuity and Crisis Management deliver high quality and effective response to business disruptions
• Support the business to maintain, update, validate BCM Policy requirements
• Support thematic reviews/deep dives to implement process improvement opportunities, identify areas for improvement, misalignments and uplift opportunities
• Support standardisation, consistency, quality and effectiveness across Business Continuity & Crisis Management program
• Support development of reporting on gaps, misalignments, insights following analysis pf complex data sets
• Support Portfolio Leads during business disruptions
• Support execution of a strong risk and governance culture
• Provide coaching and support of Analyst and Consultant roles located in Nab India

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

Essential capabilities

• Proven Stakeholder Management
• Comprehensive and demonstrated knowledge of Business Continuity Management principles
• Organisational and time management skills to handle multiple deliverables and tasks
• Understanding of Operational Risk and Compliance
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with colleagues at all levels

Experience

• 14+ years in a Business Continuity and/or Crisis Management role with demonstrated leadership, analytical and influencing skills
• Background and experience in business continuity, operational resilience, disaster recovery, crisis management, emergency management and/or risk management

Qualification Requirements

• Tertiary qualification in a business-related discipline
• Post Graduate qualification
• BCI Accredited
