The Walt Disney Company, together with its subsidiaries and affiliates, is a leading diversified international family entertainment and media enterprise with the following business segments: Disney Entertainment, ESPN, Disney Parks, and Experiences and Products. From humble beginnings as a cartoon studio in the 1920s to its preeminent name in the entertainment industry today, Disney proudly continues its legacy of creating world-class stories and experiences for every member of the family. Disney’s stories, characters and experiences reach consumers and guests from every corner of the globe. With operations in more than 40 countries, our employees and cast members work together to create entertainment experiences that are both universally and locally cherished.

How will you contribute to our magical experience?

The Account Executive, DASP will join the team to commercialize advertising inventory across current and future platforms (with a strong focus on Disney+, sports, and digital media), working with agencies and advertisers in the Mexican market. The role will also support the Company’s marketing priorities—including film releases, major sports events, and streaming launches—through strategic third‑party partnerships, promotional initiatives, and event sponsorships.

This role will be responsible for maximizing revenue across the assigned portfolio by expanding client and agency negotiations to encompass the full range of Disney Advertising Sales & Partnerships offerings, while building and nurturing strong, long‑term client relationships.

The Account Executive, DASP will be responsible for:

  • Own and manage the performance of the assigned portfolio, including revenue forecasting, historical and forward‑looking sales tracking, competitive analysis, and market behavior by category.
  • Build and maintain portfolio revenue projections, ensuring a variance of ±5% throughout the year.
  • Track portfolio delivery and consumption against established goals.
  • Prospect and develop new clients within the assigned market.
  • Identify growth opportunities within the existing client base, driving migration toward digital, streaming, promotions, and sponsorship solutions.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with programming, marketing, finance, and operations teams to support deal closure and successful campaign implementation.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the properties and content across the full commercial portfolio and all platforms.
  • Lead and execute a minimum of three multi‑platform projects per year.
  • Understand, analyze, and apply key buying metrics (CPRs, CPMs, and others) used in advertising decision‑making across platforms.
  • Strengthen commercial relationships by building strong, trust‑based personal relationships with clients and agencies.
  • Ensure full compliance with company policies, including administrative, legal, and operational guidelines.

What we need from you to be part of this story:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields. Preferred: Additional studies or certifications in digital media platforms or advertising technologies.
  • +2 years of experience in media sales or commercial roles, preferably within advertising or media environments.
  • Proven track record in selling integrated advertising solutions across multiple platforms.

Experience in promotions and/or event sponsorship sales.

  • Solid understanding of streaming services commercialization and digital advertising models.
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully close commercial negotiations and manage client portfolios.
  • Experience maximizing the commercial value of entertainment, sports, and family content.
  • Ability to develop integrated proposals combining traditional media, digital solutions, promotional activations, and sponsorships.
  • Strong understanding of sales budgets and proven capability to forecast revenue with a financial mindset.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills, with comfort working with performance metrics.
  • High level of organization and time management.
  • Collaborative, team‑oriented mindset with strong cross‑functional partnership skills.
  • Advanced level of English.
  • Availability to travel.
