Position Description:
Builds the web user experience and the underlying platforms needed to support digital presence. Develops and deploys web features. Leverages DevOps, Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment CI/CD) practices and tools to rapidly deploy changes to customers. Minimizes risk using practices (A/B testing, blue-green deployments, and feature toggles). Enhances the user experience using JavaScript, Typescript, CSS, HTML, and Browser Developer tools. Leverages Async code (Promises, Callbacks, and Event Loops) to develop web features. Implements new features, enhances existing functionality, and resolves production issues or bugs. Designs and develops intuitive, responsive User Interfaces (UIs). Builds and maintains Application Programming Interface (APIs) and server-side logic to support various features. Build and maintain RESTful APIs and Back End services using Node.js and Express.js.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Information Systems Engineering and Management, or a closely related field (or foreign education equivalent) and three (3) years of experience as a Senior Software Engineer/Developer (or closely related occupation) designing, building, and testing full-stack web applications, using Angular, Node.js, or Java.
Or, alternatively, Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Information Systems Engineering and Management, or a closely related field (or foreign education equivalent) and one (1) year of experience as a Senior Software Engineer/Developer (or closely related occupation) designing, building, and testing full-stack web applications, using Angular, Node.js, or Java.
