Job Description & Key Responsibilities

Ownership of Product Reliability de-risking while working with multidisciplinary teams on new/existing technologies and products.

  • Attend design reviews and DFMEA at product development, assess and communicate potential reliability risks to team.
  • Ownership of Product Reliability Issues de-risking
  • Define products’ reliability testing requirements in accordance to prevailing industrial standards, ageing models, customer mission profile or specification, etc.
  • Develop and manage the execution of Reliability Qualification Tests (HAST, HTOL, ELFR, TC, …etc.)  for products, in internal labs or with external partners in a timely and committed manner.
  • Review failure analysis results/reports to understand issue root cause and drive the issue to resolution/closure and corrective actions alike.
  • Discussion of product reliability and validation topics with internal/external customers
  • Understand the configuration and implementation of qualification hard/software.
  • Design and develop on going reliability monitoring/testing programs – post product release and when applicable.
  • Support/Participate in product or process risk assessments on arising quality issues over product lifetime.
  • Collaborate with product development and support teams – over product lifetime cycle.
  • Attend industry leading device/circuit reliability conferences and adopt industry best practices.

Minimum Qualification

  • A bachelor’s degree in either Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronic or Mechanical engineering, Applied Physics, or related field.

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work at a high-performance level is essential.
  • Strong Problem-solving skills
