Market Unit Business Operation Team
The Business Operation Team helps a Market/Market Unit Bus Ops Lead(s) run the business effectively by providing advisory services and data-driven insights focused on the business strategy and operational efficiency, in collaboration with other Corporate Functions.
Business Operations General:
- Provide Business Strategy Definition & Execution support including:
- Support the creation and execution of the business strategy and priorities.
- Monitor and analyze the metrics & key performance indicators to measure progress against the strategy and priorities.
- Supports in execution of the governance model including the reporting approach and interlocks to ensure adequate support and oversight.
- Analyze the business results to identify problems and partners with Bus Ops Lead to create and implement corrective action plans.
- Coordinate the facilitation of business reviews and leadership updates against the strategy, priorities, metrics and key performance indicators.
- Ensure the Region Rhythm of Business is managed effectively to facilitate clear communication and collaboration among various teams.
- Provide Operational Excellence support including:
- Identify and support opportunities to help the business improve growth and profitability.
- Enable the business to run more effectively by optimizing the organization design and governance structure.
- Assist in optimizing business processes and improve connections across stakeholders and the Corporate Functions.
- Manage a cross-Corporate Function coordinated process to identify, prioritize, categorize and manage a market unit to support growth objectives.
- Analyze talent and training needs to support the shaping of the overall talent strategy.
- Support planning and coordination for business priorities and initiatives.
- Review alignment of workday and cost center alignment for in market resources
- Support the Deal Qualification and Deal Approval processes
- Provide Strategic Investment Planning & Management support including:
- Assist in developing an investment strategy and plan in line with the business strategy and target ROI.
- Support the management of the investment plan including adherence to investment guidelines and collaboration with the MD&I Shared Services team.
- Provide Program Management support including.
- Facilitate the successful implementation of strategic programs and initiatives by partnering with stakeholders, ensuring effective planning, activation, execution, evaluation, wrap-up and governance.
- Assist in driving change management and communication while implementing strategic initiatives/operating model changes. This includes development and execution of the change strategy and communication plan to drive the cultural adoption across the business.
Experience:
- Experience in the relevant business area.
- Demonstrated ability to confidently work with senior leaders and build relationships with stakeholders.
- Demonstrated capability to drive and execute multiple initiatives both independently or with a team, with minimal supervision or guidance.
- Experience collaborating with other business entities and Accenture Corporate Functions (e.g., Finance, Growth & Strategy, Human Resources).
