Scope

  • Position is focused on building and supporting AI-powered automation workflows for infrastructure and enterprise operations use cases.
  • Develop solutions such as chatbots, AI assistants, workflow automations, and task orchestration systems.
  • Work closely with DevOps, Infrastructure, Platform Engineering, and Application teams.
  • Translate operational requirements (e.g., service requests, provisioning tasks, support workflows) into automated AI-driven solutions.
  • Build reusable components for prompt handling, API integrations, and workflow orchestration.
  • Contribute to improving operational efficiency through automation and AI enablement.
  • Support deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement of AI-powered solutions.

  • Automation / Workflow Tools: REST APIs, Webhooks, Workflow engines (e.g., Logic Apps, n8n-like systems)

  • Frameworks / Others: Prompt Engineering, API Integration, Microservices, Automation Frameworks

What You’ll Do

  • Design and build Python-based automation solutions for infrastructure and operations use cases.
  • Develop AI-powered assistants and workflow automation systems using LLM APIs and prompt-based logic.
  • Integrate with enterprise systems using REST APIs, webhooks, and service integrations.
  • Build reusable modules for prompt templates, API orchestration, and automation workflows.
  • Translate business and operational requirements into working AI-driven solutions.
  • Automate repetitive tasks such as service requests, provisioning workflows, validations, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with DevOps and platform teams to deploy and manage solutions in cloud environments.
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and production-ready.
  • Debug issues, perform root cause analysis, and continuously improve automation workflows.
  • Implement logging, monitoring, and basic observability for automation solutions.
  • Contribute to documentation, knowledge sharing, and reusable solution patterns.
  • Stay updated with emerging AI capabilities and experiment with new tools/frameworks.

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of overall IT experience, with at least 2+ years of hands-on experience in Python development, automation, or applied AI solutions.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, including scripting, API integration, and modular code development.
  • Experience working with REST APIs, JSON, and system integrations.
  • Exposure to AI/LLM technologies, prompt engineering, or AI-based application development.
  • Understanding of automation workflows, orchestration concepts, and event-driven systems.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (preferably Azure) and deploying applications/services.
  • Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and basic DevOps practices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to break down real-world problems into automation solutions.
  • Good understanding of software engineering fundamentals (code quality, testing, modularity).
  • Strong curiosity and willingness to learn AI tools, frameworks, and evolving technologies.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Good communication and documentation skills.
