Position Specification:
Develop Shanghai site NPP(indirect)sourcing strategy against market supply and purchasing spending correlation to support business target of Supply Chain Management. 
Consolidate/analysis business case and vendor base to leverage buying power for high value /high volume commodities/component.
Overall lead development and implementation of NPP saving initiatives.

Basic Accountabilities:
1.    Conduct Sourcing operation analysis, analyzing/identifying critical sourcing projects, spending, and market supply situation with related internals and externals customers.
2.    Supervise Sourcing activities on searching vendors and benchmarking with best practices.
3.    Market trend analysis to identify the best used service model and price, material price.
4.    Investigate and analyze supplier capabilities and capacities to develop Sourcing Strategy and Sourcing Roadmap against major spending.
5.    Overall lead development and implementation of NPP
6.    Participate in critical negotiations to settle down price, delivery and key commercial terms in contract
7.    Approved Cost Model and Price Setup
8.    Ensure NPP cost reduction projects implementation and measure the progress upon requirement.
9.    Develop and supervise the sourcing process.
10.    Report Sourcing Performance and progress in line with requirements.
11.    Comply with OTIS Business Ethic Code.

Qualification Requirement:
•    Education: University/College or equivalent
•    Experience: at least 3 years’ experience in purchasing/sourcing work, preferably with industries working experience. Possess ERP knowledge and familiar with computerized ERP system. Knowledge of materials ERP system would be an added advantage 
•    Language: Minor requirement on English reading and writing.
•    Computer Skills: Good at Microsoft Office
•    Other Key Competencies: Good communication and negotiate skill.
